Book a trial lesson for free
Important information: To get started with our classes, please make sure you have a Skype account for communication and a PayPal, Wise or Western Union account for payment. Trial lessons last 40 minutes and are held on weekdays. Your assigned teacher will contact you shortly to arrange your trial lesson and provide you with further details. Before submitting your form, please carefully read the terms and conditions below.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS Terms of Private Lessons: 1. Duration and Scheduling: - Each class lasts 60 minutes. Students can book as many hours per week as they wish, with no minimum or maximum limit. The number of hours per week, as well as the day and time of the classes, are agreed upon in advance during or after the trial class, but before the first regular class. 2. Payment Policy: - Payment is made per RESERVED HOUR, not per class attended. For example, if a student reserves two hours per week and the hourly rate is US$ 20, the payment is US$ 40 each week, regardless of the number of classes attended. If the student does not attend a class, the payment is still required. Payments are made in advance via Paypal or Wise. 3. Holiday Classes: - If a class falls on a holiday in the student's country, the student can choose to take the class on the holiday at the regular scheduled time, reschedule it for another day within the same week or the following week, or not take the class at all, in which case it will not be charged. 4. Changes in Schedule: - If a student wishes to change the number of classes per week, either increasing or decreasing, or to stop taking classes altogether, they must notify at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, the classes for the week will be charged according to the previously reserved hours. If a student needs to be absent for a period due to travel or similar reasons, they must notify at least 48 hours in advance. In such cases, the period will not be charged, and the student may choose to make up the missed classes either before or after the absence if the teacher's schedule allows. The teacher must also notify any changes in schedules, days, or absences at least one week in advance. 5. Teacher's Commitment: - The teacher commits to being present at the agreed time to conduct the full 60-minute class. If the teacher is absent from the class, it will not be charged, and the immediately following class will also not be charged. The only exception to this condition is a power outage or internet service interruption; any other situation does not justify the absence. The student has the right to start the class at any time within the 60-minute class period.
